Pricing & MSRP

Why are your prices lower than other stores? We price all our products at the official Pokémon MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) — the price set by Pokémon itself. Many competitors add reseller markups of 50–100% on top of this. We believe collectors shouldn't have to pay a "hype tax" or scalper pricing, so we stick to the official retail price at all times.

What does MSRP mean? MSRP stands for Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price — the price recommended by The Pokémon Company for a given product. For example, an Elite Trainer Box carries an MSRP of $49.99, and that's exactly what you'll pay with us, with no markup added.

Will prices ever increase above MSRP? No. Our pricing commitment is unconditional. Regardless of how popular or scarce a set becomes, we never raise prices above MSRP. If a product sells out, we simply mark it as out of stock rather than exploit demand by charging more.

Do you offer discounts or coupon codes? Yes — new subscribers to our email list receive a 10% discount on their first order, along with early access to drops and restocks. We occasionally send additional promo codes exclusively to our subscriber list.

Orders & Purchase Limits

Why is there a limit of 2 per address? To keep access fair for all collectors, high-demand products are limited to 2 units per shipping address. This helps stop bulk buyers and resellers from wiping out stock before everyday customers get a chance to order. It's part of our commitment to the community — more collectors get access, and fewer scalpers benefit.

Can I order for multiple family members at the same address? The purchase limit is applied per shipping address. If several people living at the same address each want to order a limited product, please reach out to our support team before placing your orders so we can review and assist accordingly.

Can I cancel or change my order? Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of being placed, as long as they haven't yet entered processing. Once processing has started, we're no longer able to make changes, so please contact us right away if you need an adjustment.

How do pre-orders work? Placing a pre-order charges your card immediately, which locks in the current MSRP price for that product. Your order will then ship on or around the official release date. Pre-ordering guarantees you secure the item at retail price, even if it later sells out.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard, Maestro
  • American Express
  • Apple Pay
  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments

Shipping & Delivery

How fast do you ship? Orders placed before 2pm on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or over the weekend, ship on the next business day. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes — shipping is free on all orders over $60. For orders below that amount, a standard shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

How long does delivery take? Estimated delivery windows:

  • Standard: 2–4 business days
  • Express: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)
  • International: 5–14 business days, depending on destination

These are estimates and can vary somewhat during busier periods.

How do you package orders? Every order is carefully packed to prevent damage in transit. Booster boxes and Elite Trainer Boxes are double-boxed with foam padding, since we treat every shipment with the same care we'd want for our own collection.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. Rates and estimated delivery times for international orders are shown at checkout. Note that any import duties or taxes applied by your country are the buyer's responsibility.

Authenticity & Products

Are your products 100% authentic? Yes. Every item we sell is genuine, factory sealed, and sourced through official Pokémon distribution channels. We do not source from grey markets, unauthorized distributors, or resellers — authenticity is guaranteed, or your money back.

How can I tell if a Pokémon product is fake? Common warning signs of counterfeit Pokémon products include:

  • A price far below MSRP that seems too good to be true
  • Blurry printing or off colors on the cards
  • Missing holographic texture on holo cards
  • Cards that feel unusually lightweight or use the wrong card stock
  • Incorrect fonts or spelling mistakes on the packaging

All Pokecardz products ship factory sealed in original Pokémon packaging. If something ever looks off, contact us right away.

Are your products factory sealed? Yes — every product is shipped exactly as it arrives from official distribution: factory sealed, untouched, and in its original condition. We never open, repackage, or alter any product before shipping.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 60 days of delivery. Once a product has been opened, we're unable to accept a return since the contents have already been revealed. To start a return, contact our support team with your order number.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do? We're sorry to hear that. Please take photos of the damage and reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — this situation is rare, as we take our packaging very seriously.

How long do refunds take? Once a return is approved, the refund itself is processed within 2–3 business days. After that, it typically takes another 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Account & Email List

Do I need an account to order? No, you can check out as a guest. That said, creating an account lets you track orders, view your order history, and enjoy a faster checkout on future purchases.

How do I get early access to restocks and new drops? Subscribing to our email list gets you:

  • 48-hour early access to restocks before they go public
  • Notifications about new set drops
  • 10% off your first order

Sign-up is free, available at the bottom of our homepage, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

How do I track my order? As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account and visiting your Order History.
